Welcome the Pudiyakam, this place is blessed with green paddy fields, hills (Vezumala)and Mundakode mala, our well known writer known to all malayalees (Mr.V.K.Narayankutty pet name as VKN)married in our place, Methil Radhakrishnan - Known Writer, Methil Ravi - Writer,all malayalees and from Tamil Nadu known personality Mr.P.Braskeran's wife house from Pudiyankam, cultural activities like kanniyarkali, Thottampattu, vela and these every year's routine programmes.
