How to make Brinjal Masala?

Cut brinjal & onion into medium sized cubes. Heat oil in a pan put the onion peices & saute till colour turns light brown.Then add the brinjal pieces & add salt , pepper powder and chicken masala . Saute well. Cover with a tight lid for 5 minutes.Brinjal Masala ready ..Serve with hot rice and sambar.
