How to make Shamee Khabaab?
1. The following items should be boiled in water (separately) a. Bengal gram along with green chilly, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, sliced onion, turmeric powder, grated coconut and garlic. b. Thatla. c. Prawn. Over medium heat until half boiled. Strain and set aside to cool. Once at room temperature grind it to paste (use the boiled water for grinding)
2. take the paste in a bowl add salt to taste and coriander leaves. Mix well and make it into small balls and press it. 3. take a kadai for deep frying. Pour 300 ml of oil. In a medium flame fry the pressed balls until brown.
