A very simple & different type of flavoured mince -
Ingredients for Sausage flavour Mince recipe
½ kg good mince (Beef or Pork) –wash, drain & keep aside.
How to make Sausage flavour Mince?
Dry grind the following ingredients
Cinnamon 1” pc; Cloves 4-6 no’s; Peppercorns-1/2 tspn; Jeera seeds –1/4 tspn; Sombu-1/4 tspn; a few flakes of Nutmeg; turmeric pwd-1/4 tspn; salt to taste; oil 1 tbspn; ¼ cup water; white Vinegar or lime juice – 2-3 tbspns
Mix the powdered ingredients with the mince meat, add salt to taste, vinegar/lime juice & leave in the fridge overnight – next day shape into sausages & fry OR Take the mince meat add the ground masala, add the salt vinegar/lime juice, oil, water – mix well put on fire & cook on low flame till dry – serve with Bread or rice etc.,
You could use this in making Samosas/Puff's too
