Ingredients for Kappa Beef recipe
Tapioca - 1(1/2) kg in small pieces
Beef - 1 kg in small pieces
Onion - 1 sliced
Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Gram Masala - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric - ¼ teaspoon
Ginger - 1 piece cut fine
Garlic - 3 pods cut fine
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Salt - To taste
Oil
How to make Kappa Beef?
Cook tapioca and meat separately. Fry onion, ginger and garlic in a tablespoon oil, in a pan. When brown, add rest of the masala and fry little more. Add meat and cook for 5 minutes. Mix cooked tapioca and keep on low fire for few more minutes. Remove and serve hot.
