“Listing” means a business listing, advertisement, profile, or any content submitted by a User for publication on the Site.
“User Content” means any content provided by a User (business details, text, images, contact info, etc.).
“Service” means the directory listing service and any related functionality or tools provided on the Site.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.
You agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal or business purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You confirm that all information submitted (business name, contact details, images, description) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
You agree that we are under no obligation to verify or validate the accuracy of your Listing or content.
We reserve the right (but do not commit) to moderate, review, edit, refuse, remove or disable any Listing or User Content at our discretion, with or without reason, at any time.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content on the Site and in our promotional materials.
If the Site offers premium listings, featured spots, or paid promotions (now or in the future), then specific terms (payment, refund, duration, renewal) will apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments made are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change pricing or promotional offerings at any time; such changes apply only to new orders, not pre-existing Listings, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Upon termination, your license to use the Site ends, but Sections 4 (for submitted content), 6, 7 (survival clause), 8, 9 and 10 remain in effect.
You may request deletion of your Listings or account at any time by contacting us. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, unless prohibited by law or legitimate business need.
All content, design, layout, logos, graphics, and software on the Site (other than User Content) are the property of SpiderKerala or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from the Site’s proprietary content without our prior written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and request removal of your Listings (if any).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate (e.g., applicable law in Kerala / India), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by the competent courts in our jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed to be modified or omitted to the minimum extent necessary for it to become valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
